The European Commission will be present at its flagship event "Imagine digital, CONNECT Europe – ICT 2018" from 4 to 6 December 2018 in Vienna. The event includes a major exhibition of EU-funded research and innovation projects from current and previous Framework Programmes showcasing the best accomplishments and pioneering results. The ICT-2018 Exhibition is organised by the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT). The exhibition will also present initiatives which support the Digital Single Market.

MyAirCoach has been presented at the HIMSS Europe and Health 2.0 Conference held in Sitges (Spain) in May 27-29 2018, where representatives from hospitals, health authorities, health providers and innovators and patients gathered to learn more about the latest innovations applicable to healthcare.
For people with asthma, their inhaler plays a central role in managing the condition. These simple drug delivery devices have been used for decades to deliver medication to the lungs. Regular treatment with inhaled controller medication helps to keep asthma under control and, for some patients, ‘rescue’ or relief medication can limit the impact of an exacerbation (or ‘asthma attack’).

This year’s eHealth week took place between the 10th and the 12th of May in Malta, where more than 1,000 stakeholders gathered from four different continents. The event was an opportunity to present and share best practices in the area of the eHealth, and especially on the main theme of this year, the access to and the sharing of personal health data.
