Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, due to the nature of our service, some items may not be eligible for a return. These include digital products, personalized items, and other goods noted at the time of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if the return is approved, will provide you with further instructions on where to send the returned goods.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Returns

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
